Lawrence (Larry) E. Boyd, Jr., MBA, LUTCF®, CLTC®

Larry specializes in fee based investment management, financial planning including retirement and estate planning, and corporate executive planning. His practice consists of business owners, executives of public corporations and individuals needing the knowledge and experience of a seasoned business executive for asset protection, investment management, retirement, estate and business continuity planning.

Larry's experience includes positions as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for international companies, in addition to executive level positions since 1986.

He earned his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, and his BBA from Abilene Christian University.

Larry is an Investment Adviser Representative of Eagle Strategies LLC and a Registered Representative of NYLIFE Securities LLC.

He is a member of The Society of Financial Services Professionals and has served as the Houston Chapter President and other Board positions. He is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He is a Qualifying and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 - 2016), MDRT Court of the Table(2011) and MDRT Top of the Table (2011)^. He is a published writer and international speaker.

He holds the FINRA Series 6, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66 Licenses and is registered in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas. He holds Life and Annuity Licenses and licensed to practice in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas.

Peter specializes in working with clients on their retirement and personal insurance. A large portion of his practice is focused on providing investments and investment advisory services. He also works closely with business owners and high net worth individuals for estate planning, business continuity planning and business succession planning.

Prior to co-founding Oak Bridge Financial, LLC, Peter started, owned and operated a real estate firm that invested in raw land, apartment complexes, single family homes, along with providing property management services.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1981. While attending, he was a member of Theta Tau Engineering Fraternity, ASME, NSBE, Pi Tau Sigma and Tau Beta Pi (National Engineering Honor Societies).

He is a Qualifying and Life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) (2006 - 2016), MDRT Court of the Table (2012 - 2015) and MDRT Top of the Table (2012)**.

Peter holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 Securities Licenses. He is licensed to offer securities in the states of California, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, New York, Ohio and Texas. He holds Insurance Licenses in the states of Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan and Texas.

Malcolm specializes in working with individuals and business owners regarding their retirement and insurance planning. His practice consists of helping corporations, professionals and families in implementing their strategies for life insurance planning, disability income protection, health insurance, asset protection, estate planning, tax savings maximization, charitable contributions and gifting, employee benefits and long-term care.

Malcolm joined New York Life in 2010 and has been in the insurance and financial services industry since 2006. Malcolm has been elected to serve on the New York Life Agent Advisory Council, a group of 24 New York Life agents who provide a conduit to New York Life executive and senior management on agency issues.

Malcolm is a native Houstonian and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Houston Baptist University. While attending, he served as an officer in the fraternity Beta Upsilon Chi. He is active in his community and has volunteered weekly for the past ten years working with at risk teens.

Malcolm is a member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and YAT (Young Advisors Team) and achieved the NAIFA rising star award for 2011.

Malcolm holds the FINRA series 6, 7, 63 and 66 licenses and is licensed for securities in the states of Georgia, Oklahoma and Texas. He holds a Group 1 license for the states of Georgia, Oklahoma and Texas.

As an Advisor with Oak Bridge Financial, Peter specializes in establishing and organizing financial plans for families, individuals, and business owners. His practice takes into account that people have more to their financial portfolio than just their retirement accounts.

By looking at the entire picture, his clients can protect their family, financial future, and peace of mind.

Peter was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Mirabeau B. Lamar High School where he was a four-year letterman and All-state third baseman. From there, he went on to play for the Sam Houston State Bearkats and later transferred to Abilene Christian University where he continued to play baseball while receiving his degree in Finance.

He is the son of Cynthia M. Jackson and Peter C. Goudeau, Jr, and the brother of Nicholas and Faith Goudeau. In his off time he enjoys hanging with family and friends, playing Golf, and watching sports. He also coaches his Alma Mater’s JV baseball team who he recently led to a 2015 Houston High School TASO Tournament title.

Peter has been with New York Life since 2012 and recently joined Oak Bridge Financial in 2015. He holds his Series 7,63, and 66 licenses and is licensed for securities in the states of California and Texas. He holds a Group 1 license for the state Texas.
